Producers Bhushan Kumar, Aman Gill, and director Rohit Dhawan have called Kartik Aaryan one of the most professional actors in the industry.

In their official statements in the media, the makers of Shehzada defended Kartik Aaryan after producer Manish Shah accused him of acting unprofessionally in dealing with the entire matter regarding the release of the Hindi dubbed version of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. According to Shehzada producer Bhushan Kumar (T-Series), director Rohit Dhawan and producer Aman Gill, Kartik has demonstrated extraordinary dedication and professionalism on Tuesday evening.

Bhushan Kumar's statement about Kartik Aaryan's 'unprofessional' behavior

Kumar proclaimed that the release date is solely down to the producers and Kartik has been uttermost professional with regards to Shehzada.  His full statement read, “We, the producers, concluded that Shehzada should be shown in cinemas first before Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo was released in Hindi. Therefore, we asked Goldmines not to issue the Hindi version. Release dates are always a producer's decision, not the actor. I have worked with Kartik since he started his career and we've done many films together; he is one of the most proficient performers I have worked with (sic).”

As the brother of actor Varun Dhawan, Rohit said that Shehzada will never be able to get in the way of the love the two of them share. “Kartik’s intent and excitement for Shehzada are unquestionable. Working with him has been a pleasure, and we share a solid bond as directors and actors, and nothing could derail our love for the film,” he said.

Kartik Aaryan is one of the most dedicated actors in the industry, according to Shehzada producer Aman Gill

Aman Gill stated that the producers took it upon themselves to ask Manish Shah to refrain from releasing the Allu Arjun movie, and Kartik was not involved. "We decided independently to request Manishji not to put out the Hindi version of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. Kartik is doing everything possible as an actor for Shehzada, solely focused on how he can help make the film huge for all those related. He is among the most hardworking actors in show business," said Gill.

The makers of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo had planned to put out its Hindi dubbed version in theatres in November, following on from the success of Arjun's latest flick Pushpa. However, Manish Shah, when interviewed by India Today on Monday, stated that he was not going to let Shehzada, which is still being made, be released due to Kartik's alleged threats to back out of the film. He mentioned that he did not want his old friends to endure any losses.

Kartik Aaryan is accused of unprofessionalism by Manish Shah

In a quote quoted in the media, he said, “The makers of Shehzda weren't keen on releasing the Hindi version.” In addition, Kartik Aaryan said he would walk out of the movie if it were released in theatres, causing Shehzada producers to lose 40 crores. It was extremely unprofessional.”

He stated that due to his close relationship with the producers of Shehzada, he couldn't bear to see them suffer an ₹40 crore loss. As a result, he sacrificed ₹20 crores of his own money for the project, adding only ₹2 crores for dubbing. His aim was to make this movie bigger than Pushpa: The Rise, and since backing out would cause him more losses, he's decided to release it on his channel. He clarified that this wasn't done as any kind of favor towards Kartik Aaryan, since he doesn't even know the Bollywood star; it was all because of Allu Arvind.
